Starting 2012′s celebrations of 150 years of orchestral performance by the Phil this showcase concert, conducted by Nicholas Smith in Huddersfield Town Hall, comprises:
- Verdi: Overture – La Forza del Destino (The Force of Destiny)
- Lutoslawski: Concerto for Orchestra
- Tchaikovsky: The Nutcracker – Act 2
